The initial consultation is an opportunity for us to introduce ourselves to one another. I want to know who you are, the most important reason(s) you felt led to contact me, what's working, what's not, and what you desire instead. I can then answer any questions you may have about my approach, programs, and rates, and together we can explore options for moving into a coaching relationship that works for your goals and budget, if it feels like a mutually good fit.
Though you will likely benefit a lot during the session, we don't do "coaching" per se on the consultation, since it's really about setting a foundation, getting to know one another, and creating an appropriate about of time and space for the conversation of what's best for you ~ to move forward into a coaching relationship or not. What you will gain from this session is crystal clear clarity about what's not working and the most important "why" that motivates you to create a shift ~ a permanent, lasting transformation in one or more areas of your health, life, purpose, etc.
